ELDERS // SERVE BY LEADING

Brad Andrews // Vision + Preaching + Worship

Brad is a staff elder and Mercyview’s founding pastor. He serves the church as its primary preaching pastor, as well as overseeing its vision and corporate worship efforts and serving as the Gleason Village Missional Community co-leader with his wife, Holly.

Brad has been married to his wife Holly since 1999 and they have eight children – Cooper, Margo, Sloan, Everett, Blythe, Owen, Paige, and Asher. He has served in local church ministry since 2003. He and his family moved to Tulsa to plant Mercyview in May 2010 from St. Louis, MO, where he spent three years in a church planting internship at The Journey. Brad is originally from Jackson, Missouri, is a 2000 graduate of Missouri Baptist University (B.A.), and is currently pursuing an M.Div. He serves as chaplain for Trail Life Troop OK-316. He also writes regularly on issues of the gospel, community, mission, and culture at multi-author blogs Gospel Centered Discipleship and For the Church, as well as on his personal blog at graceuntamed.com. He has served as religion columnist for the former Urban Tulsa Weekly and as one of the ten framers of The Missional Manifesto, alongside Tim Keller, Ed Stetzer, Alan Hirsch, among others.

John Mastin // Stewardship + Operations

John is a lay elder and serves the church by overseeing its stewardship and operations initiatives, in addition to serving as the Yorktown Missional Community co-leader with his wife, Laura.

John has been married to his wife Laura since 2000 and they have two children – Maebry and Nyla. He is originally from Arkoma, Oklahoma and is a 1999 graduate of Arkansas Tech University (B.S.). He works as a Senior Programmer Analyst for Samson Resources, a top 20 energy and petroleum company in the United States. John and his family have been a part of Mercyview since 2010.

Jim Campbell // Mission + Theology + Prayer

Jim is a lay elder and serves the church by overseeing its mission, theology, and prayer efforts, in addition to serving as the Fair Park Missional Community co-leader with his wife, Laura.

He has been married to his wife Laura since 1974 and they have four grown children – Jason, Amelia, Grace, and Rebekah. Jim is originally from Birmingham, AL and has served in local church ministry since 1990. He is a 1992 graduate of Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary (ADiv). Most recently, he and his wife, Laura, served in Southeast Asia with the International Mission Board from 2005-2014. Jim also serves on the leadership team of the Great Commission Apprenticeship, a 9-month program that exists to equip followers of Jesus to engage in global mission. John and Laura have been a part of Mercyview since 2014.
